Advantages: Well built with a decent camera

Disadvantages: Poor reliability, lots of different problems

I got this phone as an upgrade on my three mobile contract and first thoughts were that it was a well built useful little phone with several useful features. However as time went on I found many problems with this phone, firstly after a while every time I tried to view my messages it would crash so the only way I could read my messages was by sending myself a text. Also when I received the phone i was told new features would be released over time and currently only about 3 have been released and these have been updates. The features on the phone were also a little disappointing, the web browser on the phone is awful so I would advise downloading opera mini instead, the facebook application is very poor as well and the mobile facebook site is better. The email app works well though and the widgets on the home screen were useful although limited.

Summary: Looks good and good value for an attempt at a smartphone but stay clear due to problems
