I wanted a phone that was touch screen , a good size screen and preferably a PDA and reliable. I shopped around and found this ace looking phone and took the plunge despite never owning an LG phone before nor it being a PDA. It looks great, the camera resolution isn't the best on the market but it certainly served the purpose with me. The interface is excellent although it does lack in themes and it appears these are not available as yet neither are firmware updates direct from LG's website. Its applications and games are great and after using it for a couple of months now i really dont have any complaints so far. The memory is expandable and the battery holds a charge for days. I love the "widget" facility on the main screen which helps keep me organised.This phone also has a QWERTY screen keyboard should you wish to imput text that way with the stylus which incidentally fits neatly into the bottom of the phone alternatively you can use the touch screen or the stylus to write your text which i found ok. I have not experienced any bugs with the firmware as yet and for what it cost sim free (£99) its the cheapest touch screen phone on the market so for all round value and use i'd give this a 10/10
