Advantages: great sensitivity, stylish asthetics, lighweight, easy to use

Disadvantages: not able to download applications

i have had my LG KP500, Cookie in PINK for 3 months now, & despite a few disapointing aspects, I love it!

I was instantly attracted to it, not only because it was pink! But, it has such a sleek and simple design. The stylus pen is cleverly placed so it's easily accessable but does not comprimise the asthetics of the phone.

The touch screen is acurate and easy to get to grips with. I have used an iphone and find the KP500's sensitivity much better! You also have the option to use the stylus pen- which is great to draw pictures with on the drawing panel, just one of the nifty little applications on the phone.
Speaking of applications, this is where the phone seems to falter slightly! It may just be me but i cannot seem to find a way to download new applications for the phone, although there is a folder for "applications" ???

Th ecamera is 3 mega pixles and is quite good in daylight but no flash which is disapointing. The video camera is quite good quality too!

The phone does benefit from many features. Some of which I never use such as an fm radio, Speed dials& Muvee Studio. Some I couldn't live without, camera, drawing panel, web access & organiser- to name but a few.

The screens are easy to navigate and personalise to your preference, although it could be even more adaptable.
The manual is helpful and the LG webiste have an onscreen demonstration of how the phone works.

It is hard to not compare it to the iphone, but you have to remeber that the LG KP500 is about a 6th of the price of the latest iphone! It's great at what it is- a "budget" touch screen phone!
