Shiny and new (LG Cookie KP500)
Member Name: JellySplat
Advantages: Lots of features, very sexy Disadvantages: Slow At first I was a bit sceptical about getting this phone. I was in time for a new contract, and this is what they offered me, along with unlimited texts and internet access. At first glance, all is well and good. And I must admit, it isn't a bad wee thing. The screen is a good size, it has a lot of features to offer, it's lightweight, and I must admit, very attractive. I had no problem adjusting to the touch screen capabilities, and particularly enjoy the drawing panel feature, allowing you to draw little pictures and send them to your friends. However, after having it for only 5 months, if that, it has grown considerably slower over such a short space of time, and sometimes doesn't do what I want it to do. Although you can adjust the accuracy of the touch screen, it still seems to send blank messages to people or phone people that I don't want it to phone. Recently it has been sending ALL of my messages to the first person in my phonebook, which as you can imagine is annoying for me and "Aaron". However, I am quite a speedy texter, and this is probably the only thing that I can say is a "downfall". Because I text so quickly, the phone can't really keep up with it and sometimes writes words I don't want it to and sends messages to the wrong person etc. If this is something you can see yourself getting around, and if you love new phones/new features then I strongly recommend this phone. It's probably cheaper on contract if you can find a good deal. Summary: Good for slow texters
