I purchased this phone through the appeal of having a touch screen phone and it was very reasonable. I found that the phone froze regularly and also sent messages more than once which considerably used up my text allowance. A couple of my friends also have this phone and have experienced simular problems. However, the phone looks very stylish and looks very professional and I was also very pleased with its music facilities as I was able to transfer all of my music onto the phone which meant I no longer had to carry around an mp3 player! Finally, the phone comes with many facilities which top of the range phones such as the Iphone and Blackberrys promote as their unique selling point but I was able to save my calender, notes, music, emails, alarms ect as well as access the internet easily with this phone which is considerable cheaper than the other brands but still has the top class facilities.
