Advantages: Easy to use camera, Stylus, Speedy internet

Disadvantages: Sometimes slow to react, Difficult to transfer music

When the touch screen revolution began I wasnt't too impressed and I was happy to keep my old phone with buttons. However I eventually decided it was time to try it but I didn't want to pay out £300 or whatever it costed for the i-phone.

One of my friends had recently got the LG Cookie and after a little play I thought it was pretty cooll and decided that £110 was quite a good deal.

With its numerous applications and easy to use menu I think that the Cookie is a good phone for those people who, like me want to venture into the touch screen phones without overpaying.

Overall it is easy to use and it has everything that I need. I take it with me on family trips and the camera is of good enough quality to take photos and upload them onto my computer for printing. The video camera is also a useful tool for this.

I use the internet to keep up to date with sports when I am on the go and I find that the connection is pretty speedy once the pages have been stored on your bookmarks.

There are a few games on the phone but the best ones are only trials and then you have to buy them to continue using them. I didn't like that idea very much! There is also a cool drawing pad which I use to keep my kids occupied when they are starting to get a little fussy.

The touch screen is quite responsive and with the aid of the stylus(which alot of touch screen phones don't have) I find it quite easy to text.

However the screen does sometime be quite slow to react and I have sent numerous blank messages because of this.

I also found it quite difficult to transfer music from my PC to my phone so I struggle to use it as a music player but there is plenty of storage space for that when I eventually figure it out.

Overall for the money it is a smart phone which has turned my thinking on the whole touch scrren revolution. Next step is the i-phone or Blackberry Storm.

Summary: A nice, up to date phone for those on a budget.
