I have had my cookie for a just over 18 months now and it has been one of the worst phones i have bought, over time it has just gone worse at the begining it was fine and the phone worked well however after a few months use it was starting to play up and after time it has gotten worse. The battery life is not good even if you don't touch it all day it still needs to be recharged over night or it will die midday. This isn't with the use of the interent using this makes the battery life unbelivebly bad! The interent itself is very bad as it doesn't have a good screen size. At the start the sideways texting seem fun but when you don't want to use it and it keeps happening it gets annoying. to get on to things is very slow an takes time to load even the messages at times it freezes and has to have the battery taken out to fit it, at other times such as when plugging in headphones it decides to turn itself off. Although when contacting were I bought it from they informed me that it 'is just a computer and will freeze' PFFT!
