      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Its a good budget phone but does have some annoying features

I picked this phone up a couple of months from Tesco ago when I needed a new phone. It was only £30 on pay as you go, but I also got a sim only deal for £10 per month for 5000 txt / 500 mins / 500 MB.

For the cost of the phone I am very happy with the phone however, it does have some annoying features.

The touch screen is accurate and reactive. It has a nice feature which vibrates slightly when you touch it so you get a tactile feel when clicking "buttons". It is also very easy to calibrate.

The phone is a good size - 10cm * 5.5 cm * 1 cm, it fits easily in my hand when texting / browsing the internet and calling on the phone. The screen is large and clear 6cm * 4.5cm with only 3 other buttons at the bottom, which makes the phone easy to use. However, I have already scratched the screen, so would probably need to use a good protective case for in my bag.

The camera is only 2 mp and has no flash. The zoom will only works if its set in VGA and QVGA. The picture quality is not brilliant, so I wouldn't buy this phone if you want a good camera. Also, the internal memory only takes approx 50 photos however, it can be expanded with a microSD card.

The internet browsing is good if you are looking at specially designed mobile sites, however, it is impossible to look on sites if you they are not mobile sites. My other half's Sony android phone will quite easily browse the internet, however, it cost a lot more.

The phone comes with a "social networking" app which I was not impressed with, it was slow and I did not like the lay out, so I downloaded the official Facebook app to use. When it comes down to apps, as this is not an android there are limited apps available, so I have not downloaded any other apps.

When messaging is brings up the old style keypad i.e. 1 = .,?!, 2 = ABC etc, not a QWERTY keyboard which most modern touch screen phones have. It has a good auto type facility however, the dictionary is rather small, but it is easy to add additional words.

The most annoying thing with this phone is that it only has a capacity of about 250 messages, which you cannot expand with a SD card. 250 is not a lot of messages when I have an allocation of 5000 a month!

The battery life on this is surprisingly good! I use this quite a lot, texting / phoning / browsing the internet/facebook and it lasts around 3 - 4 days. If you put the power save feature on it will easily last a week - however this is annoying as it turns the light out way too quickly when you are trying to read things.

There are also quite a few good additional features i.e. calendar, alarms, memos & tasks (I love lists!), radio & MP3 player, calculator, stop watch and a very useful unit converter (which I use all the time!).

It does have an email feature however, it has a limit of 100 emails and when you delete from the inbox and download it again it just downloads the same emails again. You have to log onto your email on the internet and delete the emails from the source to be able to download any more, which is pointless, so I just access GMAIL directly on the internet.

On the whole it is a good little phone, but does have some annoying features. But I can complain for the cost.

      ### Update 6 months on ###

Just as an update after owning this phone for nearly a year, the phone still works well however, I have noticed a deterioration of the battery life which is a bit dissapointing. It only lasts about 2 days with heavy internet/phone use.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

LG Cookie Style t310 is one of the touch screen LG mobile phone that will likely compete with samsung champ,. but for connectivity because it is sophisticated enough wifi integration therein. different from the champ that do not have wifi but it has bluetooth better than this phone. other than that the camera of a mini cell phone is better because it has 2MP, perfect for the teenagers who like to capture important events. the price of this phone is also quite competitive dikalangannya. unfortunately this phone does not have the OS, like most new mobile phones which started using the Android OS. in my city, this phone sell with price $90.
