I had a Nokia phone before this one but it went wrong so my son gave me this LG phone to see how I got on with it. At first it was awful, I couldn't find what I wanted. There are a few things that dissapoint me about this phone. firstly sometimes out of the blue it just stops it won't let you do anything except turn it off which really isn't helpful when you are in the middle of something like sending a text or using the web brouser. secondly when sending a text there isn't a shortcut to the the phone book so you have to go round the houses to get the number you need. oh and thirdly the games on the phone are awful, when I go to use them it just goes all funny and then goes back to the main screen and also it does not have wifi so I find that difficult to as I am on the net often. However the battery life on the phone I find to be very good. There is something called Live square on there aswell which i think is really designed for kids so if you want a phone for a teenager Ithink this would be great but for me it wasn't all it was cracked up to be
