Where do I start with this phone. I originally bought both myself and my partner this phone as I was sold by the description, and shamefully on my part, the marketing that surrounded it on its launch. Having taken delivery of this phone my high expetations were dashed within 15 minutes of turning it on. Unless you have the long finger nails or dainty fingers (which I do not have) it is impossible to get the interactive pad to do as it is told. On top of this the battery life is poor, the software isn't compatible with Windows Vista and the navigation had me pulling my hair out. I do not exaggerate people! If anyone wanted this phone to live up to its billing it was me. As I have already alluded to, I fell for the hype.... like the children of Hamlin. Sadly i'm afraid there is not a lot positive I can say about this phone and needless to say I exercised my 14 day cooling off rights!

Summary: It just doesn't add up........
