Advantages: Touch screen wifi, good features and separate audio socket
Disadvantages: Power hungry, and be unstable a times and struggles in poor reception
Been using this phone now for about 4 months upgraded from the LG cookie.
Physically the phone is thicker and heavier than the cookie. It is not as sleek with mat silver on the back, chrome silver on the sides and brush silver on the front. The 3 inch LCD screen is very clear and a nice size.
Usability the menu and touch screen are very easy to use and the icons are self explanatory. QWERTY touch keyboard is brilliant for texts especially the hold magnifies letter feature. Very power hungry phone needs charged every other day. The phone can also be unstable at times locking up or shutting down. I have had to update the firmware with improved things dramatically
Multi Media wise the camera and video record are excellent quality and again very easy to use. MP3 player has good clear sound quality too. The 8GB on internal memory is nice and the micro SD socket allowing more external memory. The separate 3.5mm audio socket is a good addition.
Connectivity, the phone has a poorer signal strength in poor areas where my old phone was ok. WiFi 3G and Edge are great for surfing and accessing You Tube. Being able to turn on/off Blue tooth and WiFI from the status menu is a cool feature.
Features, the phone has some great features such as FM transmitter, Photo Gallery and 4 rotation a desktops.
Summary: Prettry good phone could be improved
