Advantages: Reasonable price, ideal for texting, easy to use QWERTY keypad.

Disadvantages: Sometimes turns off of it's own accord, small internal memory.

Well, where do I start? I bought this phone in October of last year after seeing it in the window of the Orange store on my local High Street. I paid £89.99 for it, including £10 top up, however I use it on a monthly contract.

The phone is predominantly aimed at those that enjoy texting, and for the most part is very well designed for this purpose. It takes a while to adjust to the QWERTY set up, but once you do you will be texting like it's going out of fashion. The only issue I have found with texting on this phone is that because four of the buttons double as navigation (O, L, K and M) it has a tendency to move me up or across the line in the middle of a word!

A few other people that I know have had issues with the phone turning off of it's own accord, however, it has only occurred once or twice with mine- both times when I was texting. The touch screen facility when dialling is quite fiddly, however, and I find that I rarely use it- perhaps a touch screen that I could actually use for other functions when the phone was closed would have been better?

Of course the phone is visually pleasing, I own it in pink, and is very attractive to it's target teenage audience. The phone has a very limited internal memory- I managed to fit one song on to the built in MP3 player before it was full! You can, however, expand the memory by purchasing an additional memory card of up to 4GB. It does not come with any free games, at least not on Orange- just demos, so that may put off avid gamers. I do think, though, that if you were to purchase games the set out of the keys would make it a very enjoyable experience.

Overall the phone is good value for money and is best for those that predominantly want to text or email. I would recommend it to a friend but with the problems described above would also advise them to keep hold of the Warranty!

Summary: If you're looking for a simple, attractive, fun phone for texting this is the one for you!

Hey well the calling sound quality is reasonably average but it can be difficult to talk in busier places. The address book is easy to access when the phone is both open and closed and you can mke calls from it even when closed. The battery life for me is pretty good and on full charge lasts me about 5 days, I have a friend who is constantly on the internet on it though and says it lasts them a day and a half to 2 days at most. Hope this helped.

Some good information here. I just wonder about the calling sound quality, ease of using the address book and the battery life.
