The product I am reviewing is the "LG KS360".I have had this product for almost 6months now purchasing it from o2 and have had it replaced twice and sent back to the manufactures once. Yet again the same problems continue to happen. I also know other people who have the same phone and are being effected by the same problems that I am.

I firstly bought this blue and grey LG KS360 because of its appearance and the fact that it used the QWERTY keyboard which I find very easy to use as I spend a lot of my time us. I liked how the keyboard is able to slide in and out of the phone as it keeps the phone having a minimal and simple look.

I also liked the fact that there was the option to use the touch screen however this can only b used when dialling a number. I felt that it would have been better to have been able to use this feature more within the other areas of the phone. When using the touch screen function I have to firstly press another button on the phone to get it working. However the accuracy of the touch screen is very good.

The problems that I have found with the LG KS360 is

1.continuously turning itself off when a message is being sent or it isn't being used
2.there is a delay when ringing people for 15-30 seconds where you are unable to hear the other person
3.it doesn't always notify you when a message has been received even when it is set to ring
4.it tends to freeze a lot when trying to carry out a simple task such as opening the contacts list
5.has been replaced twice and sent to the o2 manufactures once

However there are still features within the LG KS360 that I liked such as:

1.the amount of changes that you can make within the menus including the size and style
2.the overall look of the phone
3.when it is working it is very easy to use
4.how the messages appear within the phone

In conclusion I wouldn't recommend the LG KS360 unless you are looking a basic phone and don't mind putting up with the problems that I and others I know have faced.
