I have had the LG Viewty now for about 5 months and I love it. I got mine over mobiles.co.uk and choose a 'clearance' one, meaning I didn't just get it free, but I also got a nice cash back award and free bluetooth headset. The mobile arrived and trust me it has never been out of the box! Also in the box were: charger, headphones/handsfree set, stylus, screenprotector, Software CD and the usual booklets. First it took me a while to get used to the touchscreen, but now I wouldn't want to be without it. The phone is really easy to use and has plenty of features. You can even change to a Qwerty keyboard if you prefer. The camera is excellent, and believe me I tested it to the limit. It has 5 megapixels and you can adjust all settings to get a perfect result. I don't have a camera anymore as my phone now does everything. I would certainly recommend the LG Viewty to anyone and if I had to nickpick for a minor flaw, it would be that the battery life is not the greatest.
