Advantages: Many features and lots of functionality.

Disadvantages: Questionable reliability.

The LG viewty is extremely stylish and sleek, compacting a lot of quality functionality into a single handset.

The colour range is limited to black as standard (silver is available as a special edition, although the black looks a lot more sophisticated).

The screen is large and fully backlit, providing clear views of everything and giving you a large area to operate the touch-screen functions.

Perhaps the biggest selling point of this phone is the camera, which is 5 megapixels. It is no longer the best camera available on a phone but is still entirely capable to taking fantastic pictures. I have actually been using this phone instead of a proper camera on my holidays!

The screen, although very resistant to scratches, does pick up some scuff marks over time, although these can be avoided with a screen protector - which would be a wise purchase. The reliability is also slightly questionable, because the cancel button next to the call button stopped working 12 months into my 18 month contract, although no real functionality has been lost.

A brilliant phone, but relatively expensive. 8/10 from me.

Summary: Nice phone which can do many things and keep you entertained for a long time.
