Advantages: nice looking

Disadvantages: bulky, crap battery life, freezes up

I got this phone via my mobile phone company as an upgrade. When I first received it I was a bit surprised at the bulkyness of it, but as it looked good otherwise I could live with the bulk.
I found that the touch screen did not respond as good as previous phones that I have had. Sometimes you need to keep pressing it over and over again to get a response. Which at time is really annoying!

Then there is the problem with the phone heating up when in use and when it is charging it gets very very hot. The battery life has also got major problems, It is very erratic! sometimes I can use for 3 days and the charge remains, other times I don't use the phone and it only lasts half a day. I also have a problem with it where People can't hear me when I am mid conversation. T-Mobile have now discontinued this model but I doubt if I would opt for LG again!
