The LG Viewty with ratings of 8/10 from gsmarena.com is a truly wonderful phone. Now all phones have their flaws, especially as each owner likes and dislikes different features of different phones, but with the Viewty most people should enjoy using it!

*Features*

The most noticeable feature of this phone is the touch screen, you use it for the most simple of tasks, and after a while with a shallow learning curve you should be able to text with one hand using the touch screen! Some features are missing - WLAN, 3G, large internal memory - being the primary absentees. But this is made up for with a 5mp camera with flash, microSD card slot and bluetooth/Edge connections.

*Usage*

To make a call, you just select the make a call option and a large, clear numeric keypad appears on screen, you just tap which numbers you need and hit the normal green call button - dead simple! Similar for making a text, the top shows the lines of your text, the bottom of the screen shows the 3 letter alpha numeric keypad where you just tap in your letters. Overall it is unbelievably simple to operate, don't let the touch screen put you off!

*Conclusion*

Still relatively expensive for a basic touch screen phone, but the finish and design is excellent. One does not necessarily mention LG and mobiles in the same sentence usually, but the Viewty is a superb example of what they are capable of.
