I've had this phone since christmas 2008 and i have to say considering its touch screen its lasted better than some of the nokias i have owned. Its black and quite compact even though its larger in size than other mobiles. The touch screen feature is a nice change but texting can be difficult unless the keypad option is chosen (qwerty ... I have had this phone for almost a year now. When I originally bought this phone I was absolutely in love with it. It was sleek, stylish and had some great features. The camera worked brilliantly and took pictures better than some digital camera's I have seen. It played mp3's and had a radio. You can download pdf's on to the phone too ... Read the complete review

I have this phone in red - Being honest I have to say I bought this phone mainly because it looks nice but also for the 5.0mp camera. Love the touch screen aspect but it takes some getting used to. You get a small pen type device you can use for the touch pad but my own advice is dont bother with this - if you attach it to the handset ... Read the complete review

Back in Black: This addition to LG's 'Black' series has been out a while now and thoroughly reviewed though I do feel it is still relevant in terms of both spec and price. The Viewty (strange name) is in a nicely shaped and solid feeling candy bar shape in a choice of black or silver. A-Z: The Viewty packs a ... Read the complete review

This phone doesn't have much internal memory therefore when buying it you should also consider buying a memory card for it as it does not come with one. It's a touch screen phone which allows you to write by keyboard, handwriting-screen, handwriting-box on text messages and on the net. You can't silence the camera and only have three chose sounds ... Recently bought the LG KU990 Viewty and pleased with the purchase. The main feature that attracted me to the phone is the 5 mega pixel camera. I also bought a memory card for the phone and used it to take all of the holiday snaps shots. On past holidays taking couple photos has been difficult as we have been unable to see what the picture will be ... Read the complete review

I brought this phone by going onto a contract deal, i was attracted to the phone because of the sleek design and the touch screen functionality. The phone is actually quite big for a phone nowadays, about the size of you average digital camera but an inch down the sides, which is good. The phone includes a 5 mega pixel camera, which is very good, ... Read the complete review

Intially brought this phone as soon as it was released, reason being i found the touchscreen element very interesting. Having never owned a LG phone before i got used to the handset pretty quick. Foudn the touchscreen abit awkward at first but soon got used to it and even struggled to use a normal keypad when using other mobiles. The ... Read the complete review

Background information: _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ I was always gawping at college at my friends getting new, funky and stylish touchscreen phones with good features, and I would look down at my flip phone and cry. I really wanted to be more sophisticated, but couldn't afford the extravagance of the iPhone, and wasn't 18 so couldn't ... Read the complete review

I opted for the red model of the LG Viewty, as part of my Vodafone Contract, as to be honest, it looked really cool! I found it easy to use, the charge lasted quite a few days without running out and whilst I am sure the music is top notch quality, I haven't really worked out how to use it. For the simple every day calls and texting etc, very user ... Read the complete review

I got this phone via my mobile phone company as an upgrade. When I first received it I was a bit surprised at the bulkyness of it, but as it looked good otherwise I could live with the bulk. I found that the touch screen did not respond as good as previous phones that I have had. Sometimes you need to keep pressing it over and over again to ... Read the complete review

I received the LG Viewty as a Christmas present last year, after much consideration about which phone to have. My previous experience with an LG phone wasn't so good; I had an LG chocolate a couple of years before which froze a lot and eventually the screen wouldn't come on at all. However, after hearing some good reviews on the phone, I decided ... Read the complete review

I am on the 3 network, as my partner works shifts and we really wanted to remain on the network at one can make video calls from the children. I have to admit, the choice is very limited on the network. I have always had Nokiaphones prior to this LG, other than a disaster Erikson one I never got to grips with. I was very apprehensive going for a ... Read the complete review

I purchased the LG Viewty over a year ago, and am extremely pleased that I purchased it. At first I was weary of purchasing the Viewty, due to its finger touch nature, as review that I had read were highly critical of the nature of the touch screens. But after my sister purchased one and having a play on it, my mind was changed and I purchased one ... Read the complete review

Being new to the site, my initial review, I can see now was lacking somewhat, hence my newly updated version. The phone was first on the scene in August 2007, shortly after which, I purchased mine. I waited as I wanted an unlocked version and not be tied to a network, which I managed to get for a sweet £200 from a market stall. Also known as the ... Read the complete review

With this being my first touch screen phone I was really excited by getting it as part of a contract through 3 Mobile. Having previously played with one in store I sort of knew what to expect from it. The big touch screen is beautiful and clear and most menus are easy to understand and read. Often though when trying to insert a emote in a text ... Read the complete review

I got my LG Viewty as a gift and I love it. It looks great and is perfect for people who like to have things no else does, you don't see many other people with it. It is also very smart and easy to navigate. The 5 mega pixel camera is excellent and it has all the trimmings of a normal camera. Screen clarity is perfect so even when pictures are ... I got the LG viewty purple as a gift and i think it looks amazing, except that it's slightly broad- therefore not very comfortable to hold and speak. It is slight heavy. It's touchpad features are good but has its own disadvantages. A slight touch at the wrong place can sometimes erase very important details. Everytime you are typing it makes a ... I purchased the LG viewty just before christmas 2008 and my first impressions were good. Its a nice looking phone with all the latest technology such as touch screen, blu-tooth, radio and a 5.0 mp camera. This phone took some getting used to with its big screen and touch buttons. Give yourself about two weeks to get fully adjusted but once you have it's all good from there. The look of the phone is really nice, all I kept getting asked (12 months ago) was was it the new I-Phone! This just goes to show that even though the IPhone was lesser ... Read the complete review
