I have had this phone for a year now; unfortunately it is on an 18 month contract though so I have to put up with it for another six months.

I have had to send this back to Vodafone twice as it is constantly faulty. The major problems are that it keeps turning itself off for no apparent reason and when you are on a call you get VERY bad static. I'm talking so bad I cannot even hold the phone to my ear through fear of being deafened, you can forget about hearing the other person. I have been assured the faults have been fixed twice but they still exist. The touch button lights fail almost immediately too. This is a very poorly made phone!

There are two functions o this phone, normal and full touch screen which is used for media. I have only used this second function once since I got it as it is far too cumbersome. Everything is far quicker in the normal mode.

The menu system is quite standard and therefore is easy to navigate and is fine overall.

The camera is nowhere near as good as I had hoped, the flash is useless and it takes an age to focus and take a shot which means you're stood there trying to hold it still looking like a lemon.

I would strongly advise against getting this poorly made phone, it is the first LG I have owned and shall be the last. Go for a Nokia or Sony instead.
