I bougth this phone over seven years ago and still use it to this day. OK it may have a black and white screen and can't take photos and is only dual band - but sometimes simple is best. The phone does text messaging though it doesn't have predictive text (or T9) so its a bit tedious when it comes to typing longer texts. You can't download any ring tones for it and the ones that are on there are mono ones. They aren't bad but some of them are rather cheesy! I got the Vodafone MN-1, Maxon 3204. It is a very useful phone. It doesn't have all the great gadgets like the internet WAP, or all the ringtones in the world but those are for posers anyway ( you know who you are!) It is extremely easy to use, once turned on all you need to do is press the menu button and you have a full view of you options, you dont always have to press right 5 or 6 times just to find a number. it is on the vodafone network so it get a extremely good reception and connection. This is an alright phone. It really isn't very special, it just does a job and nothing else. My major gripe is the display, it looks very dated and eighties-like. Saying that it is easy to use. The battery life isn't great, it needs recharged every night. The ringtones aren't great either, their are a series of very annoying beeps. They sound awful when they are turned up loud. As it's cheap I'll forgive it but if you can afford better, go for it! Mobiles are coming down in price all the time and for all the extra money it costs, you'll appreciate it. ...
