Advantages: Packed with features
Disadvantages: Unrefined, bit unreliable
I bought the new Trium Mars mobile just a couple of months ago, and was impressed by the many features jam-packed into such a small package. It has vibration alert, speaker phone, as well as a whole host of sms and office options that most of us won't use. The ring tones are unique and the games excellent. I was well pleased to start with. After a few days of use, a few problems developed. The phone would switch itself off for no reason. Or, the screen would jam and no matter what button you pressed, it wouldn't clear. The screen became blotchy, too. I took the phone back to the shop and replaced it. Within days, it had broken again. Third time, I went back to the shop to replace it. So far, the third phone has been ok, but I think the problems lie in the fact that the phone is somewhat fragile and unrefined. A couple of the other dooyooers have had problems with theirs, and I suspect lots of the public have. It's a shame, because few mobiles offer so many features for just £40. Still, if Mitsubishi refine the Trium Mars further, and sort out the gliches, then it will go on to be a real winner.

- 09/02/01 Hi
Wee favour to ask.
My two recent ops on "alcoholism" have now been combined and reposted under a new category, as a result of a discussion I had with the dooyoo team.
They felt the topic merited a category of its own, and I agreed.
Could you possibly rerate for me when you get a chance, so that I don't lose all my ratings on the op.
Thanks. kenjohn
