Advantages: Stylish and still a good phone
Disadvantages: Severe lack of memory
It has been a long time since I owned this phone but during the time I had it I really liked it. I would not recommend this phone to anyone looking for state of the art stuff but as a first phone for a teenage son or daughter it would be very good. They are now very inexpensive with you being able to find one for under £40 and they also come in pink so if you have a young female relative looking for their first mobile phone then the V3 could be just perfect.
It has a very decent camera on it, it plays mp3`s, it can take and send video clips and as a phone it is very reliable. I hardly ever if at all found myself struggling for a signal when used on the o2 network and the battery had a decent lifespan also so there was no need to be charging it every night. It is also a very good looking phone even when compared to the more modern phones on the market today, add to that the fact that it is very compact and you have a very nice phone.
The phone is wap enabled and also has Bluetooth so most of the things people will be looking for are there. The one problem with the phone is the memory capacity, with only a 5mb capacity the phone can store very little in the way of music or video clips and there is no facility for extended memory.

TheChocolateLady - 04.07.08 This started out very nicely but I'm sorry to tell you that giving us lists of the features isn't your opinion of the phone. Also, I really would have liked to have heard more about how this works as a phone. |
