Advantages: SLIM WELL DESIGNED
Disadvantages: NOT MANY FEATURES
After 4yrs of loyal back breaking service to an unforgiving master that has dropped, kicked, sat on and generally not been very nice to it my old faithful V3 is almost on it's last legs.
OVERVIEW:
Very slim lovely looking phone with a stylish alloy keypad and nice big screen with a small display screen on the front flip of the phone that displays time and screen saver when inactive and caller id when rung.Basic functions of VGA camera that is not great quality but does a good job in an emergency, bluetooth and normal basic functions nothing too fancy a few games and some screensavers and themes you can change.
GENERAL:
As far as I am concerned the call quality is very good and I have experienced no problems with the sound being crisp and clear in all areas as is the same with reception, I am with Virgin and have not had any reception issues in the time I have owned this phone.
I dislike the ringtones and the volume level of the ringer as it is just not loud enough but the vibrate function is excellent and is what I usually use.
My only other gripe is the buttons on the side which do not lock and if I bend over I end up taking pictures of the inside of my pocket.
Battery life has always been pretty good and even now still holds a good charge.
OVERALL:
This is a proper iconic phone and still looks good mine is matt black and still looks good after taking a lot of abuse, I will be buying the next V3 I can find.

- 11/03/09 Yeah, sure - you can hear people but I can promise you, no one can hear you on this phone. I know three people who had this phone and they couldn't get anyone to hear them. |
