Advantages: Sleek, Modern, Enjoyable to use!
Disadvantages: Slightly outdated!
I owned this phone for about a year as part of a contract and overall I though it was a good phone for its time but is now slightly outdated.
It is a unique and sleek design which is primarily made from metal which makes it tough and resistant. All the buttons lay flush with the phone in order to maintain its modern appearance. It comes in a number of different colours ranging from orange to black to make it suitable for everyone. I owned a reddish pink version which I believe made it standard out and it looked the part.
Unlike most flip phones it had an unusual hinge mechanism where you had to push the screen away from you for it to pop open which prevented it from opening and becoming damaged in your pocket. To insure it was secure little magnets were also used to keep it shut.
It was a very up to date phone when it was made at the start of 2006 with all the must have features such as WAP, video recording, camera, voice recognition and Java games etc.
It is pronounced Pebble which represents what it is thought to resemble.
In conclusions I liked this phone very much and thought it was ahead of its time when released back in 2006, but due to the increase in features of the modern day phones believe it is outdated.
Summary: Nice phone!
