      Great for the basics

One of the many business phone that I had for work was the Motorola rzer. The phone a flip phone which are incredible rare these day and I just don't understand why.

Once opened the rzer which fantastic from the outside with its stylish curved edges and silver outer is something even now I think is lovely to the eye. Another great part of this phone is the inclusion of head phones which now is getting rarer and rarer especially with cheaper phones .

When it comes the day to day core function of messaging and calling the phone really does match up well. This is especially apparent when calling with the clarity being absolutely amazing I find personally and even matches up to many Nokia that I have with the twin areal. This also means that signal is never a problem but I do have to give a word of warning as I am in a rather built up area and this may not be as good in rural area where the razr may simple not be good enough.

When it comes to messaging the razr sadly isn't as good and although not the keys are slightly haphazard in there nature being almost too big for my small fingers. But if you have big fingers this phone may just be the phone for you. Apart from that the button are incredible good with them being very easy to press down and if the size isn't an issue the phone should suit you down to the ground
The additional features on this phone are incredible limited unfortunately although boasting a camera I have to say that you will be left incredible disappointed. The quirky design although being incredible fun to use is absolutely rubbish. This is due to the fact that the resolution is poor and the lense has no zoom at all meaning that pictures are out of range and majorly blurred usually .

When it comes to charging the phone you will find that if used for basic messaging it will last for around about 3-4 days but if like me you use it for calling for around about an hour or two each day it will only last for around about 2 day. This I found was fairly annoying and so I bought a car charger which enabled me to charge while on the move and ensured that even if I forgot to charge it that night that it would work
So overall great for the sole purposes of a phone but not great for anything else .

        Advantages

        Disadvantages

Overall I have liked this phone in terms of appearance but I feel performance is lacking somewhat.

I acquired this phone 6 months ago as part of a new contract and it lived up to all of my expectations as far as style and appearance is concerned. It's a good size, quite streamlined and not at all bulky. Feels pretty sturdy as well so you don't feel like it might break if dropped. The screen is good quality and of a good size. The phone in general is easy to use.

The camera has been pretty useless. I've found that unless you hold the camera completely still for about 3 seconds after taking the photo then the image comes out blurry. Very annoying if you want to capture something when standing completely still isn't an option!

Battery life has been pretty bad. I only use the phone for occasional texting and very rarely make calls, but after 6 months I've found that the battery is wearing down every single day so I am being forced to carry my charger round in my handbag all the time. Very irritating and I've never experienced battery life as poor as that before.

A good purchase, worth the price.

I had this phone for a little while before I put it in the washing machine and killed it, but while I had it I was only ever pleased with its performance.
The sound quality when making phone calls was excellent, both crisp and clear. The music player was easy to navigate and controlling playback was a cinch. Again, sound quality was perfect.
The screen was very good and image quality was great, all the images being sharp and defined. All pictures taken were of a good enough quality to upload to facebook.
The keypad had a nice, firm, reassuring feel to them. They pressed with a satisfying click and I never found my fingers pressing more than one key like with smaller keypads.
The phone itself had a reassuringly solid feel to it and never once felt flimsy when opened. The built in memory was ok for basic use but if you want to take lots of pictures or put lots of songs on it, you will definately need to buy an additional memory card. Luckily, these are actually quite cheap.
All in all, a nice little phone. Just don't wash it and kill it like I did!
