Advantages: small, easy to use
Disadvantages: battery life - could just be becuase it is getting old
A phone, or a fashion accessory?, that is the question. It may be hard to believe, but this non-nokia phone is both.
Since purchasing this phone over 3 years ago, I would have expected to be getting bored with it by now; but if anything it has just grown on me, and there is no way I would swap it for the world, let alone a nokia.
It is small, lightweight, and full on little feature; what else could you ask for? It is nicely compact, with measuring just 11cm in lenght, with a width of 4cm, and just 1.5cm deep. You do the maths, how does that compare with most nokias, you don't exactly have to be a genius to work it out, do you? Its stylish silver finish, just makes it that bit more fashionable, and you won't be afraid to show it off.
At 85g your biggest problem will be not loosing it, as you can hardly notice it in your pocket. But have no worries, because you'll want to keep it close to you at all times.
With one charge, you can relax, knowing that you have up to 120 hours standby time, or 3 hrs and 20 minutes talk time. Mine came with a free charger, so there is no worry about the hidden costs.
It has many feature, including a calculator, stopwatch, calendar and games. It offers tetris, brick, numbers, box world, five stone and snake.
It also has a large selection of ringtones, afraid none of which are polyphonic. OK Nokia and Samsung you win there!!. You are even able to compose tunes of your own, even if this is very confusing at first. The main tones are reasnobal, but not the best selection I have ever heard, but not bad enough to put me off the phone.
You also have acess to the WAP service, which in my opinion is pretty naff, but if nothing else is available then serves its purpose. The quality of this servise is not down to the phone itself, but the limitations that all mobiles offer due to the size of screen and the limited word count.
Prices vary between networks, but most now seem to be around £70, which is very reasnobal considering you could easily get through £250-300 on some of the "better" phones that are now on the market. At this price you don't have the same worry of loosing it, as it has only cost you two pairs of trousers, rather than a whole wardrobe.
I am with one2one, and the service that they have provided, along with the quality of this a-mazing mini motorola phone has left me amazed, and I will not be changing for a long time to come. Would seriously reccomend this phone to everyone, as it will serve your every purpose.
One disadvantage of this phone is the fact that it does not offer interchangeble fascias, so once scratched, it is scratched for life.
