Advantages: Lightweight, good design, programmed sound timers
Disadvantages: No organizer, alarm clock and WAP-browser, no so good battery life, price
The telephone distinguishes by small weight (about 100 g) and very ergonomic design. There rather complicatedly to understand organization of the menu after the first introducing with the telephone. For access to main functions there is a short menu, which contents can be changed independently. For example, to see date, it is necessary longly to go through the main menu, therefore it is better at once to add this function in a short sheet. The telephone has display of a large size; the fonts are large, precise and perfectly read. If you read the SMS-message, on a screen for it will be chosen whole five lines. Depending on a level of light it is possible to adjust visibility of the display. One from dignities of this telephone is the developed system of programmed sound timers, with the help of which is possible to inspect time connection, and accordingly to save money. This telephone is equipped with a voice notepad for the messages by common duration until 3 minutes. Motorola L7089 is like, first of all, to who is important the convenient connection with РС. The built-in modem and infrared port make easy it. But in this phone is absent organizer, alarm clock and WAP-browser. For additional comfort for call of the necessary user there is a voice set. There are only 11 variants of a signal in the telephone, but they sound loudly. In the telephone book at once it is possible to see only one telephone number, but together with the name and number, availability of a voice score also is shown. To move under the book it is possible and with the help of side keys, what even more convenient. The sending SMS is hindered by absence of templates. Loudness of dynamics is very good, and to strengthen it is necessary infrequently, voice is natural. Connection Yes: work in GSM 1900, good loudness of dynamics, natural timbre of speech No: not best duration of work with the standard battery Construction
Yes: a small mass, built-in infrared port, large font size No: it is poorly visible keys "OK" and "Cancel" in darkness with illumination, the cover of a battery compartment fastens insufficiently reliably Functionality Yes: a voice notepad for 3 minutes, built-in modem, and system of programmed sound timers No: there is no alarm clock, games, it is not enough of variants of beeps Controls Yes: a voice set, convenient short programmed menu No: there are no templates for SMS, complicated organization of the main menu

- 10/11/01 Sorry for the low rating, but the translation on this op is rather poor: it doesnt make much sense, and as such isn't useful for consumer decisions. I'm sure in its native language it would be great, but you need to use a less literal translation program!
For instance, translate this comment into your language using it- see how well it copes and how readable the result is! |
