I had this for about a year and during that time it got dropped several hundred times, had countless classes of alcohol pored on it and even went through the washing machine twice. But surprising as it may sound it worked every time. It is a very simple to use phone so you don’t really need to be a technology freak to use it! It has all the basic features you would expect and there is even a handy shortcut button to allow you to use the phone book and send text messages etc without having to go through all the menu buttons.
