Since my Philips c12 started freezing on me I thought it was about time I start looking for a new mobile phone. It had served me well, two and a half years precisely and even though it was starting to resemble a brick I was very happy with it. So what was my new choice of mobile? ~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~)(~ Well after scouring the internet for a bargain, I came across the Motorola V50. Okay it may not be the newest phone on the market, but who cares? It rings people doesn’t it, which is what a phone is supposed to do. If I want to play games or take a picture I can use a playstation or a camera. I see no need in paying £400 ... Read the complete review

I upgraded my phone (yet again!) in March this year and knew exactly which phone I was going to get! I loved the Motorola V50 as soon as I saw it. It is so small and compact. I have always had Ericsson phones in the past (my last phone was a T10) so I was a little concerned about going for a different manufacturer but I have been impressed with Motorola so far). There are however some bad points about the V50. Firstly, the screen being covered is great if like me you are a bit clumsy. It does mean that the screen is protected and so are the keys (without having to use that really annoying key lock). But there is also a problem with this. It may seem ... Read the complete review

I bought a Motorola V50 about...hmmm...a year ago? Here's what it's all about: **~~WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?~~** This is one of the smallest phones around at the moment and you'll usually find it in silver. It's very compact but some people say that the aerial looks a bit on the chunky side. I like it - it's a good looking phone compared to other phones around which can be a bit bulky, square and brick-like! The inside has a surprisingly big screen and buttons for such a dinky phone. I can't really see anything wrong with how this phone looks. If you're gonna get it, get it in silver because the blue isn't as good! By the ... Read the complete review

The Moterola V50 is a poor, below-par, dire, annoying phone and anyone who says otherwise has yet to savour the delights that nokia and sony phones provide. I had a Sony J5 which, along with the Nokia phones, is my only tool for comparison. I have owned the phone for a couple of months now, a courtesy phone from Bt Cellnet. I long at night for my Sony back, even though its twice as tall and weighs far more. To me, a mobile ought to be aesthetically pleasing and small but also functional and easy to navigate. This phone is not any of the later, whilst undeniably the former. The menu system and messaging platform are what gripes me most about this phone. True ... Read the complete review

I used to own a nokia 3210 untill about a month ago when i got fed up with the hugeness of it.I had wanted a v50 for ages and then saw this phone for great price. I bought it from the link for £99.99 on the virgin mobile network but it came with £25 free credit. What a bargain! after reading some reviews i was expecting it to be good but not as good as nokia's. But it is a great phone.I dont know what everyone is talking about a slow menu system.Mine is just as good as my nokia.I find the txt input is alot better than the dictionary on my old nokia which i ended up turning off straight away. This phone has 3 games but 1 of them (bricks, its like the old classic ... Read the complete review
