Advantages: Video use sometimes

Disadvantages: The network is a joke, Battery life short, No after sales support

I purchased my 3g mobile 3-4 months ago, and since then all I have told other people is not to make the same mistake. The main problem is the billing department & there lack of customer service. The phone itself is not a bad bit of kit but the service is the worst I have ever come across in my life. Bills don?t come on time; you get 2 days to pay the bill when it arrives, if they forget to take the direct debit they just cut you off. Also their pricing policy seems to change as often as the weather (we are still trying to work out what we are being charged for and why its always different). The actual phone has one of the shortest battery life?s I know of & the text facility is at best poor.

I have been cut off for a total of 3 weeks in the time I have had it through no fault of my own. I know 3 other people with these phones & they all just want to get rid of them.

I have a back up phone that I carry arround with me just incase it isnt working. It is a expensive mistake for anyone to make.
