The Nokia 1800 although nothing fancy does what it says on the tin. If you simply want to make calls and send text messages the Nokia 1800 is the phone for you. An easy to use mobile phone, that carries the slight essence of the old 3210. It is easy to store numbers and calls can be made by the touch of a button. No touchscreen or qwerty keyboard makes texting quite simple and like the old fashioned mobiles are rather durable. It is small enough to fit in a mans top pocket or ladies handbag. If you are looking for a phone with more features the Nokia 1800 is not for you

I purchased myself a Nokia 1800 about 6 months ago, as a cheap replacement for a Sony Erricson phone that I bought but was difficult to use, with bad audio quality (thats for another review) I paid £5 from Carphone Warehouse for the handset on O2, and as an existing customer, I did not have to buy a top up or anything to qualify for the ... Would you look a gift horse in the mouth? If not exactly a gift horse for just 1 p (and £10 for a Vodafone Pay-As-You-Go SIM) from e2save and a £7.50 cash back deal from Quidco, this was pretty close. The phone was meant as a replacement for my wife's mobile (Her last cheap mobile had suffered at the teeth of our dog who took ... Read the complete review

Nokia 1800 is a simple, efficient and solid phone. It may not have the robust features of the expensive smart phones. But it has a stereo headset and a built-in FM radio. It also has colorful graphics, settings, clock and call register. I actually bought this phone for my mother because it is not so complicated and cumbersome. It is ... Read the complete review

Obviously, anybody wanting a top of the range phone would do well to steer clear of this one - but equally obviously, anybody reading this review and considering buying this phone is obviously not after a top of the range phone. They are after a cheap and functional phone that is easy to use - and that's exactly what this ... Read the complete review

The Nokia 1800 is great value for money (I picked mine up for £20, though I've seen it go for half of that online). It's sleek, starts up very quickly and is extremely simple to use. So long as all you want from a phone is calling and texting this seems almost perfect. However, there are a few minor things that start to really ... Read the complete review

I Received my Nokia 1800 as part of a deal from one of the 'phones with free gifts' websites. I have an iphone and rather than buying a new one, I could get a free ipad if i signed up to a new phone contract through buymobilephones. After a quick phone call I was informed that this was the cheapest handset on the market. On ... Read the complete review

I have recently purchased this telephone as a spare for myself for my 84 year old Grandmother to use whilst she is in hospital. She has owned a mobile phone for a number of years however, she was using a phone which was very old and complicated to use. So complicated that even I couldn't get the key lock off. I chose the ... The Nokia 1800 is more than it seems. It is the perfect phone for someone who is happy just texting and phoning and is compact and small enough to fit comfortably in a small pocket. I brought this phone to take to house party's and nightclubs because it is lightweight and inexpensive. I brought it for a measly £13 without a ... Read the complete review
