----------- The body ----------- Nokia 2300 is a very lightweight mobile phone weighing only 92 grams. Mine was a combination of black and gray colour. At the bottom of the mobile phone are 2 sockets; the bigger one is the charger socket and the smaller hole is the headphone socket. The body looks robust with its gray housing. There are 2 holes at the upper corners of the phone that allows me to tie a string on them but I'm not used to putting strings on any of the mobile phones I previously owned. Well I absolutely adore this phone and I am infact looking for another one in better condition than mine! I cannot stress enough how fantastic this phone is for the intelligent person who just wants to keep in touch and not run their life from a handset! It's perfect for those - like myself- who just want to phone someone or text someone and maybe listen to a radio whilst travelling! If you don't need a camera or internet access then this phone is great. Perhaps some people don't like the change in the numerical positions but I had no problems. I have tried this phone and it didn’t work for me. The buttons are in all the wrong places, and the screen is in black and white. Take my advice and buy a coloured camera phone, like the sharp gx10i, which I have actually reviewed. This phone has picture messaging, monophonic ringtones but it doesn’t have blue tooth or tri band. A complete waste of money.
