Nokia has long been a company specialising in mobile phones and phone accesories. The Nokia 2323 is a good choice for people looking for a cheap and easy to use phone. It has the look of a pretty basic phone and classic shape but is really priceless for what it does and its reliability.

At just £49.00 ( current online price) , it's certainly affordable and, in use, it's very intuitive. This handset has very nice and elegant design for a low-mid phone, good size and resolution of the display. Phone has pretty large buttons and the keypad is very easy to use as the 5-way navigation key gives more options to navigate in the menu´s. Its nice to hold, very sleek and light in weight. There are two colour options - black and dark blue. I was attracted to this phone by its small weight (76g) and size (107 x 46 x 13.8 mm). I also like the ringtones as they are loud and good quality. In my opinion the vibration is not that strong compared to other Nokia phones.

It is a dual-band GPRS phone for EGSM 900/1800 or GSM 850/1900. It has a small internal memory -only 32MB .You can store up to 1000 contacts and up to 250 messages - thats enough for me. Nokia 2323 comes with MP3 player, Bluetooth 2.0, FM radio, web browser, voice recorder, MMS messaging and other common features - alarm, calendar, notepad etc. The maximum talk time is 4h and standby time -540h. I hardly ever charge it ( once a week or two) and battery performance & life is much better compared to my previous SonyEricsson handset.

Nokia 2323 comes in a rectangular, small box together with battery, compact charger, stereo handset WH-101 and user guide.

In my opinion this is a very basic phone and the list of its entertainment features is very short - games ( Snake III , Galaxy Ball, Sudoku, Portrait view gaming), web browser /email , music player but unfortunately no built-in camera.

It is a high quality handset and if you really don't require camera or simply can't use it in your workplace, than surely this phone is for you.
