Nokia do it again!! (Nokia 3100)

Great little phone for the money! I got one of these when they were on offer at the carphone warehouse for just £59.99!

The phones software is very similar to the more expensive 6100, and i believe it is basically a cut down more trendy version of it!

The phone seems to be equivilent of the Sony Ericcson T310... but of a much higher quality! And with better games!

WAP is available on the phone, and it is GPRS enabled meaning high speeds! And paying for the amount of information downloaded rather than the time connected.

The front and back covers can be changed, although personally i liked the glow in the dark covers my phone came with!

Sending Text messages with this phone is extreemly simple as it uses predictive text. Normally predictive text really annoys me and i refuse to use it, however i find the nokia system very friendly and i think i would now struggle to send a text without it!
Multimedia messaging is also possible, and if you purchase the camera add on you are able to take your own photos!

Although the phone does not have bluetooth which is a great shame, it does have a fantastic built in handsfree system, which is basically where it increases the volume and sensitivity of the mic so you can leave it on the desk to talk and it really does work!

The 3100 will store upto 200 contacts on the phone, plus the 90 on a normal sim bringing the total contacts to 290! Unfortunatly i cannot fill that up!!

You can show off to your mates with this phone, as it's not only stylish, it also accepts polyphonic ring tones! So no more tryng to guess what on earth the tone is ment to be!

Although i have never used it, the phone comes with an alarm clock function... which could possibly be useful occasionally.
