Advantages: replaceble cover - wa la - new phone.

Disadvantages: no vibration

Calm down, I think I have valid reasons for marking this phone down. For my purposes, it failed and I had to purchase another phone (Motorola Timeport 7089 - not included in the Motorola section else it would have felt my wrath). Ring tones. Why? these is for children surely. No vibrator - no discretion. No modem or infra red - this is a required feature - I need to marry up my palm for connection with my corporate website. The charger does not clip into the phone, so it can slide out whilst charging - yes, I've had problems with this. it's a heavy unit as well, no lithium ion battery. The reception is also not as good as units with a projecting antenna - from my experience. I also had to return my phone twice due to electrical failure. All in all, not a good experience. However, I got it when it first came out and people constantly oohed and aahed it.
