Advantages: Solid, simple, uncrashable, fast to use, easy to use!

Disadvantages: Lack of any features?

I have rated this phone exceptionally highly. Why? It doesn't do much you say. Well yes, thats true, but it never meant to do much. It has few features and it does them so so well. My first mobile phone was a Nokia 3310 and started my love for Nokia (that love ended abruptly following the N95) as it does everything so well.

Messaging. This is so simple, you press menu, you press messages, you press new message and you type. You select a contact and you press send. There is NOTHING complicated about that. The software is so simple so it is very very quick. The same goes for making a phone call, it takes seconds to navigate to a contact on the phone, so it is very quick to do. There are features in the phone like a calculator and the legendary game "Snake", which are good for a couple of minutes entertainment.

If you have someone who is simple, then get them this simple phone.

Summary: It's old, but it does the job, does it well too.
