I would say this is the best phone ever for someone who just likes simplicity but also wants an extremely reliable phone. When i had this phone i never had one problem with it whatsoever and i have always found nokias very easy to use. There is not a camera or video all it can do is phone, text and picture message people but for someone who is not used to technology it is perfect and the phone itself is very cheap. It also comes with a game called snake which is extremely addictive, so if you are bored on the train then i can guarantee you will be playing it the whole journey !
The downside to the phone is it is quite a bulky shape compared to more recent phone models but if you keep your phone in your bag anyway thats not really a problem really. The buttons are not to small which means t he elderly or people with glasses will not struggle to dial a number or press them.
