Advantages: Cheap, Easy to use, Reliable
Disadvantages: Can't store many txt's
I bought this phone about a year and a half ago when I was living in Spain. I have loved it ever since then. I came to the UK a few months back and everyone told me to get a new phone, but I just couldn't leave the phone I've got so used to. Fair enough it does have it's disadvantages. I don't like not being able to store hardly any messages (10 to be precise). My cousin has the Nokia 6510 and can store up to 100 messages. I used to think his phone was better but I've changed my mind now that he's had to get a new phone due to the power button not working. He's now got the 3330 (the same as the 3310 except with W@P and two or three small extras). He works at a building site and he says it's a lot more resistant. Anyway on to the features: Phonebook - Has the possibility of storing 250 numbers. Speedial, and voice dialing (it works too!) Messages - You can write SMS messages up to 459 characters long, which is more than I've seen on other phones. Chat - This is something I have never really used. It's so that you can send SMS to people and make it seem like a chat. Ringtones - Composer is useful if you want to get free ringtones off the web without paying the £1 a minute charge to get them from a hotline. Games - It has four games: Snake II, Space Impact, Bantumi, Pairs II. OK if you want to entertain yourself whilst waiting for the bus, but all in all I very rarely play them anymore as they seem to suck up a lot of the battery. Other features include: - Calculator - Reminders (10) - Clock, stopwatch, countdown timer and alarm (all VERY useful for me) What I like most about this phone though is the interchangable carcases. I personally have an Only Fools and Horses leopard skin one on mine. The advantages of being able to change the "skin" is that no matter how old and batter it looks, you can just get yourself a new carc
ass and it looks brand new again!! Of course, I can't review this phone without mentioning the possibility to receive logo's! With the price as low as it is now I'd say it's a must buy for someone who wants a nice reliable phone without all the "unnecessary" extras a lot of these new expensive phone's coming out have (such as camera's etc...)
