Advantages: Simple, Well Designed, GPRS, Customisable Logos, Polyphonic Ringtones, Screensavers
Disadvantages: No Colour Screen. No Bluetooth, No Camera, Technically Obsolete
My Favorite phone of the past only second to the 3210 in my view.
This phone incorporates the newer features of WAP and GPRS and Polyphonic ringtones, customisable screensavers, ringtones, operator logos and more, it is fasionable yet functional, the menu is classically nokia and the default green LED's are as usual.
thye keys are big enough for most people, the phonebook is great to use as with most nokia and signal strength is always good, battery life is considerably good.
unfortunately the 3510i came out with a colour screen replacing this phone, yet both lack bluetooth, cameras and radio featrures.
apart from the WAP/GPRS this phone is a classic nokia, this phone was released during a period of great productivitiy by nokia, churning out phones willy nilly, although it had only a short period of popularity it is great for those looking for simplicity and a cheap price, it is quite rugged and fits well in the hand,
I liked the phone a lot but upgraded due to colour phone coming into the market quickly afterwards at an increasingly affordable price.
This annoyed me as i do not like it when they bring out the same phone as before just with a colour screen and java etc. as it makes you feel the phone is obsolete.
overall the phone is good for anyone who prefers reliability and simplicity over the amount of gadgets it possess.
a good phone for those seeking a phone who may not be that technologically advanced or just getting used to the technology.
Summary: Good Phone For Those Who Want To Phone People, Not Take Pictures Or Play Games.
