Advantages: Latest technology, good operating system. excellent sound.

Disadvantages: Poor camera in the dark.

My current mobile phone.

I made my decision on purchasing this phone base on a few reviews on the web. And, I am glad I did because it is a fantastic piece of kit for the money.

First of all, when it arrived it was unbranded, no Orange etc anywhere on it.

It isn't a small phone but it isn't huge either, my previous phone was a SE W810i.

This one has a lot more features and is of course touch screen. It is around 3 inches and is good size for doing various tasks. Web browsing is easy and simple, pretty fast on either landscape or horizontal. BBC iPlayer gets used a lot when I am around WiFi spots, the loading is excellent and doesn't really buffer or stutter.

The sound quality is great from its stero speakers, using the supplied headphones will really amaze you as to the quality of the prodct.

I've encoded a few movies to .mp4 which the phone playes. Cartoons such as Wall-E, Ratatouille, and Bolt all look superb. The colour of the screen and images it produces will blow you away.

There was a couple of bits and bobs supplied with the phone, one was a stand for the phone which you can use on your desk, and the others were a stylus and plexy-thing (the thing you use on guitar strings :) ) That saves youo having to use your fingers.

The touch screen is responsive. The phone also gives you the chance to rearrage the menu screen being able to move icons around. You can install programs via the Nokia software/usb cable that comes with the phone.

All in all the phone is excellent and I have recommended it to others. Two of my friends have now got their own and are as happy as I.

5 out of 5.

Summary: An all round excellent product that should definitely be considered as an upgrade.
