Advantages: easy to use. applications. wifi.

Disadvantages: switch form verticle to horizontal. not great use of ware

the 5800 is a slightly cheeper nokia copy of the apple i phone. the handset its self is not as streamline and as slim as the i phone 3gs but is ascetically pleasing none the less. its big screen and great quality means that it is suitable for watching videos and programs with already included applications such as the bbc i player. its touch screen slightly different to apples heat sensitive idea provides easy use with a Qwerty and conventional phone keypad abc2. though its change between vertical and horizontal mode is not as quick as its apple rivalry the idea and the practice is very effective. the easy menu system and interface allows use for all types of people and the shortcuts can shave use and time. the music interface is easy to use with your music filtered to artists and songs. its loud speaker provides good quality at a loud volume something which beats its apple opponent. the best feature personally would be the wifi, enabiling use of the internet in the house if a computer is nt freely avalible. However on the downside as an owner i have not been sucessfull in the compatibility of a busy person useage. i have gone through 1 in a month and when i recieved it the battery and contacts were not fitted properly however i still love the nokia 5800. overall it is good competition for the new apple i phone 3gs with some outstanding features however if it were to be a choice excluding money i would defiantly choose the i phone for its slickdesign and great and easy to use features.
