Nokia 5800 (Nokia 5800 XpressMusic)![]() Member Name: Gaven
Advantages: Features Disadvantages: Looks cheap
I recently purchased a Nokia 5800 on Vodafone to replace an old phone i recently broke. I have found this phone to be a quite remarkable device, which considering i have only ever used basic phones before was quite a suprise to me. It features MP3 player, good camera, internet, the usual calculator, alarm clock etc. It was supplied with an 8GB memory card, which is more than adequate for storing large amounts of songs, photos, and even videos. The phones ability to play videos is remarkable, with a crystal clear screen. Speaking of screens, the touch screen does require a relatively firm touch to get it to activate, but is generally accurate and responsive. With regard to texting there are several input methods, which you can use depending on your preference. This includes a basic handwriting recognition package, which is a little odd to use at first, but when you're used to it, it is way faster than than typing text style. Summary: I-phone alternative
