Advantages: Good music phone
Disadvantages: Slow, Rubbish apps
I purchased this phone at the time where there was a massive hype about it, the "Xpressmusic" was the next in phone, some even thought this might be the next iPhone sort of thing with the integration of being a specialist music device as well as a phone. As smart phones go i think this as bad as it gets, i initially was very happy with what i got, fairly easy to navigate around and a generally very simple phone. It also boasted an 8GB memory card which came with each phone and was expandable, i think to 16GB however this was never necessary for me. Within a few weeks once the phone started to be filled with lots of data, contacts, pictures & texts, the sort of things you would expect a phone to be able to handle happily, however it wasn't. The phone quickly became sluggish and unreactive, buttons would have to be pressed multiple time to get a response, the touch screen seemed inactive unless the menu was up and that was just a few of the problems. Another thing to list is the "apps" that you can put on the Nokia's Symbian operating system, they are beyond bad, i don't think i found one app that i actually kept, they were all useless or boring, even the standard email that comes on the phone was that bad i struggled to use it and im familiar with most technology as im an IT student. In my personal opinion this is a phone that you should steer clear of unless you really want the hassle.
Summary: Poorly designed phone
