The nokia 5800 is a great touch screen phone. The touch screen is brilliant, not under or over sensitive. Touch screen phones I've had in the past have been over-sensitive, or required you to physically attack them before they'll do anything. The Xpress is perfect, and it comes with a stylus too so you don't get fingerprints all over the ... Read the complete review

I upgraded to the 5800 last month with Orange after being a little unsure as to what I wanted my new phone to be (I previously had the LG KU900) the advisor assured me that this new Nokia was one of the best on the market. I was looking for something with a good mobile web browser and relatively quick browsing speeds plus a good camera. Since ... Read the complete review

I bought this phone after my last phone went through the washing machine and it has been an amazing replacement. Many of my friends have this phone and none of them have had any issues with it. It works fast and smoothly. It has the option of keeping your next appointment on your calender on your background, or a list of your top used contacts for ... Read the complete review

Looking for a replacement for Sony Ericsson's W595 I decided I was after something with a bit more style and substance. Having dabbled with a couple of touch screen handsets, most recently LG's Viewty, I opted for Nokia's first touch screen phone, the 5800 XpressMusic. First impressions: Wow! The handset is stylish and fairly ... Read the complete review

Starting off the new academic year, I decided that one of the things I needed the most was a new mobile phone. And the 5800 is the one that caught my eye. In sleek black and not too chunky for the average ladies' pocket, but still chunky enough so you can't lose it in a cavernous handbag, the 5800 is packed full of features. From the ... I bought this phone about six months ago, after owning a Sony Ericsson K800i for two years. I bought it mainly looking for something to listen to music on, so I wouldn't have to carry around a phone and mp3 player. This phone suited excellently, as it has a 3mm headphone jack (this is the standard size that pretty much all mp3 players use, but ... Read the complete review

I have never been someone that bothered in having the most up to date phone but as of late it seemed that everyone around me had a fancy phone gadget and I still had my basic one. I had a nice phone but it got stolen a few months ago so I was a bit weary to pay a lot for a phone. However, I did buy a simple phone after this incident but I was ... Read the complete review

There is a very good reason why Nokia delayed the launch of the Nokia 5800 and that was to see all the good points of the other phones in the market and then create a phone that can rival the competition. This phone has a very clear and crisp display and considering it is Nokia's first main attempt at a full touch screen phone, it is ... Read the complete review

This phone is brilliant! I only email and phone people from my mobile... well that's all I used to do until I got this phone! It has inspired me to become more technically minded! I use this more than my camera to take photos and have shot clear video footage on it! It's easy to use, as all Nokias are, and has clever ideas such as the slide button ... Read the complete review

I have had this phone for 6 months now and to be honest after this contract is up I will defiantly going for a different phone. The phone looks very stylish and does what a phone should, I have found now though after the stylus pen being consistently pulled out to be used and put back has now become quite loose. ... Still very new to this site and love the fact i can praise or moan about anything I want, well today its a moan I'm afraid. I have had the Nokia 5800 for just over 3 months now, and truly wish i hadn't bothered. When I got my Nokia 5800 I had gone phone shopping with my friend that was due an upgrade. I had no intentions of getting a phone for myself as I still had a contract that was not due for renewal for some months. In the phone shop the Nokia 5800 was one of the phone's the shop assistant had offered her. She was not interested in a touch screen ... Read the complete review

I had a free upgrade with my Vodafone contract & this phone was fantastic. Some previous touchscreen phones I'd had would occasionally slow down or crash, but I never had any problems with the running of the phone. It has a stylus with it too which slides in to the back which I found very handy for typing text messages etc. The ... Read the complete review

I rarely upgrade phones so choosing one takes time. I decided on the 5800 as a lot of reviews said that it is an excellent phone, and it is! Firstly the touchscreen, works well using fingers as well as the stick, the buttons are also large and texting is fine, however you dont have much feel with them so its something some ... I was due an upgrade on my mobile phone contract and through much persuasion from my partner I decided (or he did??) that I would get the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone.
