Advantages: simplicity
Disadvantages: none for me
Standard issue mobile phone which serves its purpose it makes phone calls. When it comes to technology I do not look for all the bells and whistles but concentrate on the core functions. The 6021 is compact and fits easily in the palm of your hand. The size is comfortable when you are having a phone call.
Volume wise more than adequate.
Texting is easy enough the buttons are easy to use and I do not mis key that often.
Bluetooth connectivity is very useful for driving hands free. Connection is easy
Using the menu on the Nokia is simple and intuitive, for whatever reason I have always found Nokia phones easy to use . Menu selection seem to be where you want them. The Nokia comes with a shortcut function for you to scroll through to find the things you use most often e.g. Calculator or alarm clock
Ring tones etc are not my thing but it does come with a data cable which you can use for downloading.
Battery life I find very good probably goes a good week or more on standby. Realistic talk time life is about 3 - 4 hours.
Communication wise I have used it across Europe, USA and more recently in China.
Recommendation is for a phone user who wants a rugged phone that gives a reasonable amount of talk time between charges. It wont impress anyone with its looks but it does what it says on the label very well and being realistic do we really need all the functions you get on smart phones.
Summary: Ideal work phone
