*** Nokia 6030 Phone *** The Nokia 6030 is the mobile phone we currently use at work, so while sitting on a dinner break I have decided to review it. The Nokia 6030 is back to the basics of a phone, it is silver in colour, it has a colour screen and is just over 1cm thick. There is no camera or hidden gadgets to this phone, it is as simple as calls and texts, a pretty basic menu and one game... hmmm maybe this is why my boss chose it so we wouldn't be playing with the camera all day! Nokia 6030 design is very simple - 17 buttons in the front of the phone and 4 directions joystic leaved me good impression. Specifically nice are nav buttons, which are big and easy pushing. Also it's easy to work with keyboard, even person who take this phone first time won't press 2 buttons at one time. Althought the body plastic is not high class, but he is not skiing and keeping agreeably in your hand. In my eyeas this phone haven't got his own style, but design is simple, what is often in low cost mobile phones. 4 years ago 128x128 CSTN screen was new and good feature, but now it makes smile in my face. The Nokia 6030 is a non-camera phone with a appearance but extremely stranded on the functions as compared to its price range. On the positive side, it is quite a good-looking phone, with an appearance more like a executive phone. The keypad is well designed and functional, with a nice 4-way scroll key, and configurable right and left soft keys. All of the basics are here, plus a couple of extras like the FM radio and integrated handsfree speaker. The display has 65k colours and is better than many of its competitors. my room mate owns this phone and i was the one to convince him when he bought it.but later found a few drawbacks in it. -the phone is very decently shaped and is very simple. -the size and shape are just within range and amke the phone easy to carry. -the screen is also clear and provides a good resolution. -it does not provide good radio quality as it has a single pin headset.if it would have had a headset like the 6610 then the sound quality would have been surely much better. -the phone can save just 100 msgs,which can cause a problem if u r an sms freak like me. -the phone's data cable is also not easily available in the ...  Read the complete review
