I'm surprised to see so much positive feedback on this phone - I bought it for my wife earlier this year (mainly because it's pink!) and it has been nothing but unreliable. We have sent it back for repairs 3 times now, the screen freezes, the text messages delete themselves, the sim becomes dislodged and you can hardly even make a call as most of the time it has no signal!

I have to agree with Leeanne and Vicky, the SIM card is always coming loose, and the battery life is not good!
However, everything else about this phone is perfect for my use. I have just retrieved my old 6111 from the washing machine, so I am in the market for a new phone. I am very tempted to buy the same again.
