Advantages: Read the above !
Disadvantages: A little long in size
Ok, i upgraded from a 3210 to the 6210e (on orange) The main reason for this was the infra-red port on the phone enabled me to connect to my lap top and use the internet on the move (i'm writing this opinion using the phone connection right now!) All that i had to do to install the phone on my computer was install the driver included on a CD that came with the phone, it was so easy! But that is just one of its many excellent features. It has voice recognition dialing, which although cool, is not as practical as the one touch dialing also available on the phone. Caller group logos, so basically, you can asign each number in your phone book to a different group ( friends, family...) and a specific graphic for that gropu will flash on screen when that person calls you! A larger screen for the inbuilt WAP browser than on the other Nokia phones (3310, 3210, 8210...) makes it easier to navigate and view the pages (even if they are crap!) There are 3 new games to keep you occupied, Snake 2 (which can be played via infra-red to another compatible phone) Pairs 2 and Opposites. The size of the phone is another plus, although slightly long, this is made up for with its curvy profile and its light weight body. Battery life is great as well as the fact that it has no aerial (like most modern nokias) Finally, the other main difference for me is the Calender function, allowing you to make notes for meetings and set alarms for dates over a year in advance! So i guess overall, with the dual band capability, this phone is not only very practical but also gives pretty good value for money (£99.99 on orange) GO GET ONE NOW
