Dear Reader,

Browsing through some of the other opinions here this is going to come as a bit of a surprise to you all. but this phone caused me one hell of a headache - and that's without the microwaves!

I bought the 6210 because it is a 'business phone', and i thought that this meant that that it would be reliable, dependable and have excellent aftersales service.

Oh Dear.

in the short life it lead (4 months), my 6210 went into the repair shop no less than 3 times - why? because it kept switching itself off!

what is the point in a phone that deactivates at random? it saved battery power, sure. but it meant that i couldn't recieve calls. D'oh!

Anyway, the fourth and final time i took the phone into the repair shop it was pronounced dead on arrival due to water damage. I was confused, i'd never knowingly taken my phone swimming and, as much as i loved it, i never bathed with it.

The problem, it seems, was that i was using it outside (it's humid -see?)

Call me a literalist if you must, but i think if a mobile phone is to be truly 'mobile' then outdoor use is pretty important, after all, most indoor places have landlines. Think about it.

Go ahead - buy this phone, it looks cool, it has snake 2 and it can store 180 text messages. But when it breaks, and it will... think of me!
