Nokia 6230.

Yeah - Ive had one of these phones since 2004.
Back then; it was a phone ahead of its time. It did everything. It's a phone, radio, mp3 player, calculator, speakerphone, picture/video clip viewer, camera...etc

It also takes an MMC memory card so you can add additional storage space. You can even use your MP3 files as ring tones so when you get tied of hearing 'the nokia ring tone' you can make it play 'Don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me'...;-)

Additional face covers, memory chips, replacement batteries, chargers etc are available cheaply on ebay.

Why pay through the nose for a mobile when its just a phone..!!

I recently brought a blue tooth thing for my computer and was able to connect the phone to my PC in order to make file transfer between the two even easier than before.


Draw backs
1) The screen size is a little small by today's standards.
2) When texting, the predictive text sometimes places the wrong word.. (home and good for instance)...
3) If you want to use headphones, you have to attach a large adaptor to the base of the phone. Why didn't they build a normal jack socket into the phone..???

For the price you'll pay for one of these phones now a days, they are a great bargain. Why pay through the nose for an all singing, all dancing fashion accessory . IT'S A PHONE..!!!
